FREE All Political Prisoners in Ethiopia!

The liberation of all political prisoners is a basic precondition for a free and fair election. The success of the democratic process is impossible without freedom of opinion, freedom of speech and freedom of movement.
Indifference to intolerance towards differing opinions always ends up nurturing dictatorships, and that has been the case in Ethiopia throughout the decades.
Innocent Ethiopians are massacred and imprisoned for demanding their basic human rights. The world leaders should scratch their conscience as to how a fascist regime of Meles Zenawi is supported while millions are being tortured by the same. It is time to do something. Injustice anywhere is injustice everywhere.
To be the voice for the voiceless is our moral obligation. As Ethiopians, it is our responsibility to demand justice on behalf of those who lost their lives and those under constant psychological and physical arrest just for demanding their constitutional rights.
All political prisoners must be freed, human rights cannot be selective as it must be applicable to all citizens in any given land.
