• We aim to make available an extensive information archive regarding Ethiopian news, audio, video, history, country reports, music, poetry and various facts on Ethiopian current affairs, cultures, customs and traditions.

• We aim to provide a forum for Ethiopians to express their views, concerns, hopes and dreams about current Ethiopian issues.

• We aim to provide credible information about the current ongoing struggle to build democratic foundations of governance in Ethiopia.

• We firmly believe that information & education is a crucial part to a developed Ethiopia.

• We believe by uniting our strength in culture, intellect, and history, we Ethiopians can enable ourselves to help our nation.

• We aspire to promote democratic governance and expose misdeeds by the current EPRDF/TPLF regime. We deplore the regime's repression of freedom of expression in any of its forms.

• We encourage consensus building around principles and ideals for a more united, stronger and economically prosperous nation.

• We dream of an Ethiopia that is self-sustaining, that children can grow in peace, harmony and prosperity.

• We invite all Ethiopians and friends of Ethiopia to join us by sharing thoughts through articles.
